The Labour Party

Its time for real change

As of the most recent 2019 general election, the Labour Party has stood as the opposition - scrutinizing the political actions of the Sunak lead Conservative Party. MP for Holborn and St Pancras, Sir Kier Starmer has sat at the helm since 2020 - leading the labour party on a resurgence following Corbyn's term.

The Labour manifesto brands itself to be the organisation that can 'transform our country'.  They've chosen to start at the top by tackling the 'wealth grab' conducted by a 'privileged few', pledging to create a nation where 'wealth and power are shared'. They've named this their 'fairer Britain'.

 What Matters to Them

We will kick-start a Green Industrial Revolution to tackle the climate emergency

We will bring in a Real Living Wage of at least £10 per hour for all workers

We will end food bank Britain, and lift children and pensioners out of poverty

Labour will create a National Education Service to provide support and opportunity throughout your life

Labour will give the NHS the funding it needs, end privatisation, and never let our health service be up for grabs

We will reverse a decade of cuts to police and vital public services that have shown you simply can’t keep people safe on the cheap.

When Labour wins, the nurse wins, the pensioner wins, the student wins, the office worker wins, the engineer wins.

We all win.
